HighLevel, a leader in AI-powered business operating systems, seeks a Benefits Operations Manager to own US benefits operations and contribute to a global strategy. You will optimize vendor performance, build scalable processes, and educate employees on benefits, with a focus on accuracy and customer-centric delivery.

The role requires deep benefits expertise, operational judgment, and the ability to balance cost, risk, and employee experience in a fast-moving, globally distributed company.

Formación

• Progressive US benefits administration experience with renewals and escalations.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, Section 125, HSA/FSA, and 401(k).

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day US health benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, life, FSA/HSA, 401(k), and COBRA.
• Manage benefits ticket intake, resolution, escalation, and trend analysis.
• Oversee broker, carrier, and vendor relationships with performance and service levels.
• Help shape and communicate global benefits strategy across countries and populations.
• Lead ongoing global benefits education programs for employees.
• Build and optimize employee perks and well-being programs aligned with philosophy.
• Design user-friendly benefits communications and service experiences.
• Maintain clear benefits documentation, controls, and source-of-truth records.
• Continuously improve programs using data, feedback, and trends.
• Translate complex benefits topics into guidance for leaders and employees.
