Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years progressive benefits experience or an Associate’s with 8+ years.
• 3+ years leading benefits teams.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of health benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and applicable laws in relevant countries.

Responsabilidades

• Executes the global benefits strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Leads the implementation, administration, and enhancement of benefit programs.
• Oversees open enrollment including plan enhancements, carrier changes, and communications across non-US regions.
• Co-manages open enrollment for US, Canada, and UK with data auditing and communication.
• Ensures compliance with country-specific statutory benefits and regulations.
• Analyzes utilization and cost trends; provides program-enhancement recommendations.
• Develops executive dashboards to support decision-making.
• Manages broker and vendor relationships to meet stakeholder needs.
