WD is seeking a seasoned Director, Benefits to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of our global benefits and wellbeing programs. This CoE leader will own US and EMEA benefits strategy, and provide governance for APAC benefits operations, aligning with our Total Rewards philosophy.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure compliant, market-competitive programs that attract and retain a diverse, global workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 7–10+ years benefits experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing US benefits programs in a large organization (5,000+ employees).
• Experience managing EMEA benefits across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of US benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA).
• Proven ability to lead vendor negotiations, RFPs, and contract management.
• Experience designing or managing employee wellbeing programs.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end strategy, design, and administration of US benefit programs.
• Lead annual US benefits renewal, including vendor selection, RFPs, and cost modeling.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA.
• Partner with Legal and Finance on plan documents, SPDs, 5500 filings, and testing.
• Provide strategic oversight of EMEA benefits across countries.
• Manage APAC governance for benefits and support expansions.
• Design and champion global employee wellbeing strategy and programs.
• Manage wellbeing vendor ecosystem and measure ROI.
