Qualifications

• 7+ years of global benefits management experience in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global benefits and well-being program implementations.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Global Benefits team with end-to-end ownership.
• Analyze benefits data, monitor market trends, and inform annual reviews by country.
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to align benefits across geographies.
• Develop clear communication materials explaining programs to employees and candidates.
• Manage relationships with brokers, vendors, and consultants to ensure service levels.
