Qualifications

• Experience in benefits planning and administration across multiple regions (UK, Canada).
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Vendor management and working with brokers and country teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global benefits programs design, renewal, governance and administration.
• Audit and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Lead initiatives for Wellbeing and Mental health strategies across the company.
• Collaborate with country finance and leadership for approvals and implementation.
