Qualifications

• 7+ years of global benefits management experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven expertise in program execution, vendor management, cost analysis, and budgeting.
• Deep understanding of how global organizations operate and support local benefits.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, including experience influencing senior leaders.
• Data-driven with business, financial and HR acumen; able to inform recommendations.
• Effective in project management and navigating ambiguity in dynamic environments.
• Builds partnerships and drives accountability in agile, fast-paced settings.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and scalable processes for high growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of global benefits and well-being programs in alignment with Total Rewards strategy.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop the Global Benefits team and program portfolios.
• Monitor programs, analyze data, and incorporate findings into annual benefits reviews by country.
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to align administration and delivery across geographies.
• Develop and execute clear communications about programs to employees and candidates.
• Manage relationships with brokers, vendors and consultants, ensuring service delivery standards.
• Contribute to annual benefits review with market data, benchmarking, and leadership recommendations.
• Collaborate with Legal and external partners to ensure compliance with regional laws.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial modeling related to benefits.
• Maintain governance frameworks and scalable internal processes for consistency.
