Zusammenfassung

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable operations across global entities. The role focuses on customer cash applications, reconciliation, and broad accounting tasks, with training across travel and expense (Concur), accounts payable, and sales order reviews in NetSuite/Salesforce.

You will work on cash applications, AR month-end close, and process improvements, collaborating with AR, Treasury, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies,

Qualifikationen

• ~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience preferred.
• General understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match customer remittances to open invoices and ensure payments are accurately recorded.
• Research and resolve unidentified, unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash.
• Coordinate with AR, Treasury, Accounting, and other stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.
