Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to manage AR cash applications and related accounting tasks across the company’s global entities. The role handles payments across currencies and bank accounts, researches discrepancies, and supports month-end close.

You will also gain exposure to Concur expense reviews, accounts payable, and sales order reviews from Salesforce to NetSuite to identify and resolve downstream issues. Collaborative global Finance team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of AR, cash application, or related experience.
• Experience in multi-entity or multinational environments preferred.
• General understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• ERP experience, especially NetSuite; CRM experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a global Finance setting.

Responsabilités

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to invoices and ensure accurate recording.
• Research unapplied cash and discrepancies; resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Assist with cash and AR reconciliations and month-end close.
• Review Concur expense reports for proper coding and approvals.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve AR and expense processes.
• Support audits and financial reporting requests.
