Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Global Solutions Architect for AI Network Security. You will own automation strategy, build AI-enabled security platforms, and lead cross-functional efforts across Customer Success and Professional Services.

You will work across frontend, backend, data, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD, ensuring secure, scalable configurations with zero-trust foundations. This global, remote role impacts customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of professional software development experience, with at least one end-to-end full-stack system owned in production.
• Expert full-stack engineering across frontend, backend, data, cloud, and CI/CD; fluent in TypeScript and Python.
• Strong understanding of secure software supply chain, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC and zero-trust concepts.
• Experience deploying and operating in GKE or similar cloud environments; IaC and automation emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Own the Automation portfolio end to end: scripting, API integrations, and workflow orchestration.
• Architect and run production platforms for security assessments across multiple Prisma/NGFW services.
• Design multi-agent AI systems and tooling, with guardrails and measurable outputs.
• Lead harness engineering for the Center of Excellence, including agent harnesses and sub-agent roles.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and IT to translate priorities into technical delivery.
