Job summary

Cloudpoint Geospatial is seeking an energetic GIS Account Manager to grow and support our Infrastructure & Utilities client base. This role focuses on guiding utility and transportation agencies through ArcGIS implementations and migrations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on GIS experience, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable in a client-facing role. Hybrid or remote work is available, with a preference for in-office in Metamora, IL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on GIS experience with utilities, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Pro/Online/Enterprise).
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts for clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for utility, transportation, and infrastructure clients.
• Lead discovery meetings with technical staff for demonstrations.
• Educate clients on GIS best practices and ArcGIS migrations.
• Develop scopes, quotes, and proposals with leadership and staff.
• Grow relationships and new business through outreach and networking.
