Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking an Area Business Manager for Gastroenterology in a remote role focused on engaging gastroenterology physicians and key accounts across the Northwest states. The ABM will present clinically focused selling messages to grow revenue and achieve product goals for the EoE indication, while adhering to Sanofi Genzyme US policies.

This role requires 2+ years of pharma sales, ability to travel 60-75%, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience or other life science experience.
• Ability to travel 60–75% to cover three states: Eastern Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
• Proven success in complex markets with diverse customer segments and integrity in compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and fleet safety training completed.
• Strong teamwork with internal and external partners to reach goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage Gastroenterology customers in assigned territory and deliver clinically focused messages to grow revenue for the EoE indication.
• Collaborate with Medical Specialists, MSLs, Market Access, and other stakeholders to address customer needs and shape strategies.
• Develop relationships with gastroenterology experts, office staff, and patient groups to drive territory success.
• Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities to support brand goals.
• Maximize budget to sustain strategies and generate territory growth.
• Own opportunities with private practices and large groups to drive product results.
