Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle administrative work, and provide clinical community support from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and tailor your workload.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the United States.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for individual patients.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
