Job summary

Join Sailor Health, a nationwide telehealth practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle admin, and provide strong clinical support from home. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis.

Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there. Tailor your workload to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in New Mexico.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
