Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle admin, and provide a supportive clinical community from home. We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service roles with 1099 or W2 options to fit your life.

We recruit licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD) with active Oregon licenses. Telehealth, EHRs, Medicare billing, and geriatric expertise are valued.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Oregon.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
