Bold is seeking compassionate, autonomous licensed therapists to join our clinical team in a remote role requiring 15+ hours per week. You will provide evidence-based behavioral health counseling to older adults across the US, focusing on depression, anxiety, and behavioral health barriers.

This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to impact senior care from home. You will work with EMR systems, collaborate with care coordinators, and help develop sustainable routines around

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCC licenses in multiple states (CA, TX, FL, PA) and 3+ years of clinical experience.
• 1+ year telehealth experience with high proficiency with EMRs and communication tools.
• Experience working with older adults (65+) or in geriatric health, chronic disease management, or lifestyle/preventative medicine.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based, short-term behavioral health interventions to older adults via telehealth.
• Support lifestyle and behavior change around stress management, sleep, nutrition, and physical activity.
• Document patient information in EMR and communicate with other health care providers.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, health coaches, and clinicians to develop personalized care plans.
