Job summary

Bold is a remote, part-time clinical team member providing virtual behavioral health counseling to older adults across the United States. The role emphasizes compassionate, autonomous care and evidence-based interventions, such as CBT and motivational interviewing.

You will collaborate with care coordinators and health coaches to build personalized care plans, documenting in EMRs and delivering sustainable lifestyle guidance. Remote work offers flexible scheduling for 15+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW/LMFT/LPCC license in multiple states including TX, FL and/or PA.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• 1+ years of telehealth with high proficiency with EMRs and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral health counseling to older adults (depression, anxiety, life transitions, chronic pain).
• Support lifestyle and behavior change around stress management, sleep, nutrition, and physical activity.
• Document patient information in EMR and coordinate with other health care providers.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and other clinicians to develop personalized care plans.
