Job summary

Bold is seeking licensed therapists to deliver remote behavioral health care for older adults across the US. This 15+ hour per week contract role focuses on evidence-based interventions and lifestyle coaching, delivered through telehealth platforms.

You will work autonomously in a fast-moving startup, documenting in EMRs and coordinating with a clinical team to build effective, patient-centered care plans.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT or LPCC license in multi-states including TX, FL and/or PA.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• 1+ year telehealth experience with EMRs & communication tools.
• Experience working with older adults (65+) or geriatric health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual behavioral health counseling to older adults.
• Support lifestyle and behavior change through coaching on stress, sleep, nutrition, activity, and weight.
• Document patient information in EMR and communicate with other health care providers.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and other clinicians to develop personalized care plans.
