Job summary

Age Bold is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) for a remote, part-time (1099) role. You’ll support older adults across the US with virtual behavioral health care, committing 15+ hours weekly.

You’ll deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, Motivational Interviewing), promote lifestyle changes, document in the EMR, and coordinate with care teams. Multi-state licensure and telehealth experience are required, with excellent communication and autonomy in a startup setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license across multiple states (CA/TX/FL/PA).
• 3+ years of clinical experience and 1+ year telehealth experience with EMRs.
• Experience with older adults (65+) and geriatric health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Virtual Behavioral Health Counseling using CBT or MI with older adults.
• Lifestyle and behavior-change support to sustain routines.
• Document patient information in EMR and coordinate with care team.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinicians for personalized plans.
