Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Customer Success professional to drive adoption and expansion with enterprise clients in a remote, full-time role. You’ll partner with developers to CIOs, delivering AI-driven success inside customers’ environments and shaping how Deepgram’s voice APIs scale in production.

You’ll own onboarding, enablement, and ongoing advisory engagements, ensuring high adoption, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities across multi-product deployments.

Qualifications

• Expert technical consulting across APIs, architectures, and integrations.
• Strategic account management spanning developers to CIOs/CTOs.
• AI-native operating model experience and mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical advisor and strategic owner for enterprise accounts.
• Own the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, enablement, expansion.
• Drive adoption via live demos, workshops, and architecture guidance.
• Collaborate to surface problems and translate into product/engineering requirements.
• Identify expansion opportunities and lead executive reviews and planning.
• Advocate for the customer internally to influence roadmaps and GTM.
• Track adoption, usage, health, and expansion; travel as needed.
• Operate AI-first by default to reduce recurring work for CS.
