Job description

This role supports Deepgram’s fastest-growing customer segment through a scaled, one-to-many approach rather than dedicated account coverage. The work involves driving adoption, retention, and expansion across a large pooled portfolio using automated onboarding sequences, self-serve resources, webinars, and proactive outreach triggered by usage and health data.

Candidates should be technically strong enough to troubleshoot API integrations, run and record demos, and guide architecture decisions for developer audiences. The role requires strong writing skills, high learning agility, comfort working a shared book of accounts, and a habit of turning one-off fixes into repeatable playbooks, automations, or self-serve tools. Heavy use of AI in daily workflows is expected.

This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates based in the United States. The role involves building reusable enablement assets, monitoring churn-risk signals, identifying expansion opportunities, and reporting on portfolio-level KPIs such as activation, adoption, and retention.
