Job summary

Deepgram is hiring a Customer Success Engineer who acts at the intersection of APIs, customer outcomes, and scale. You will design automated onboarding and education programs, run demos, and guide API integrations for developers across a pooled portfolio.

You are comfortable with high-volume support, own repeatable processes, and use data to drive proactive outreach. This role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, rapid experimentation, and remote collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role at an API‑driven or AI company.
• Fluency in APIs, developer workflows, and integration patterns; credibility in technical conversations with developers.
• Experience building scaled/tech‑touch programs (digital onboarding, webinars, self‑serve enablement).
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to educate and drive action across a broad audience.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption, retention, and expansion across a large pooled portfolio through a one‑to‑many motion.
• Design scalable customer journeys including onboarding sequences, automated touchpoints, and self‑serve resources.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance: run demos, guide API integrations, troubleshoot issues.
