Job summary

Avomind is seeking a German-speaking Associate to connect leading global investment firms, consultancies, and corporations with top industry experts. The role blends research, stakeholder management, and fast-paced communication in a fully remote setting.

You will source and engage senior professionals, manage client projects, and build a strong expert network across time zones. A background in lead generation or recruiting and fluency in English and German are required.

Qualifications

1-2 years of lead generation, business development or recruiting experience is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or master's from a university (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident speaking with senior executives.
Analytical and research abilities with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Fluent English (C1 level) and fluent German (C1 level)

Responsibilities

Expert Identification & Recruitment: Source, screen, and engage with senior industry professionals across sectors.
Client Engagement: Understand client project needs and deliver relevant experts within tight deadlines.
Market Research: Map target industries and analyze market landscapes.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong expert network for long-term engagement.
Operational Excellence: Coordinate scheduling, track progress, ensure compliance with protocols.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with international teams across time zones.
