The Global Talent Co. is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to drive partner acquisition across Germany.

The role involves high-volume outbound outreach, engaging self-employed agents, brokers and real estate professionals by phone, with a focus on converting conversations into partnerships. You join a newly formed team with early visibility on results and influence on the team approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent German required for partner conversations.
• Proven outbound sales or business development experience in B2B.
• Available during core hours Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00 CET.
• Confident building rapport with independent reps and leadership.
• Strong objection handling with consistent follow-up.
• Structured CRM documentation and high data quality.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to self-employed commercial agents, brokers, and real estate professionals via structured outbound campaigns.
• Pitch the sales partnership model with tailored conversations for each prospect.
• Handle objections in real time and build trust with partners, managing directors and sales leaders.
• Qualify prospects and move strong-fit partners to the next stage of the partnership pipeline.
• Own monthly activity and conversion targets, maintaining an active pipeline with follow-up.
• Keep CRM accurate with call outcomes, pipeline stages and next steps.
• Provide market insights and objection patterns to sharpen messaging and targeting.
• Follow data protection, compliance and call guidelines at all times.
