Job summary

Avomind is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to join our remote team. You’ll source, screen, and guide candidates through a global hiring process, collaborating with project and client managers to ensure a seamless experience.

You’ll leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, work in a fast-paced, agile environment, and help shape hiring strategies across multiple regions. English and German proficiency are required, and remote work is available from select EMEA countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies with management guidance.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

• Actively contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities.
• Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn / Xing / GitHub / Google X-Ray, etc.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates - really getting to know them and assessing their fit for our roles.
• Manage interview logistics with candidates in tandem with our Project Managers and Client Managers.
• Advise Project Managers and Client Managers on the candidate landscape and trends, to support a seamless service for our clients.
• Take ownership of the candidate experience - build your reputation through an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• You have experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
