You will source and engage senior professionals, manage client projects, and build a strong expert network across time zones. A background in lead generation or recruiting and fluency in English and German are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of lead generation, business development or recruiting experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or master's from a university (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident speaking with senior executives.
• Analytical and research abilities with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and fluent German (C1 level)
