Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking independently licensed therapists to join a nationwide virtual practice focused on older adults. Clinicians set schedules with 7 days a week availability, work-from-home, and receive dedicated clinical support without chasing referrals.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities on a fee-for-service or W2 basis, with per-session pay, CEUs, and geriatric-focused training. Strong admin support and AI documentation enable clinicians to focus on patient care.

Qualificações

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Wyoming.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
