Job summary

Sailor Health is seeking licensed therapists for teletherapy with older adults. Start part-time at 15 hours/week or full-time with a fee-for-service model; choose a workload that fits your life. Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, and related therapists with independent license in Minnesota preferred.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth to older adults is desirable.
• Comfortable with documentation and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI-assisted tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations and leadership meetings.
