Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle the administrative work, and surround you with clinical community support — all from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and tailor your workload to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Pennsylvania
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings

Education

Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
