Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. Join a supportive, clinician-first team that handles scheduling, admin work, and logistics so you can focus on therapy from home.

We offer part-time and full-time fee-for-service roles for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent). Start with 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and scale up, with comprehensive clinician support and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Louisiana or eligible.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable delivering therapy via telehealth using EMR tools.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative clinical team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations and leadership meetings.
