Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide, fully remote mental health practice dedicated to aging adults. We provide caseload support, admin assistance, and a collaborative clinical community to help therapists thrive from home.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a fee-for-service basis, with options for 1099 or W2. Start at 15–25 hours weekly and scale up as you build your practice.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC.
• Licensed in New Mexico.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
