Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth. Work from home with flexible hours and support from a dedicated clinical lead and admin team. We fill your caseload, handle administration, and provide real-time clinician support across all 50 states.

Opportunities exist for part-time or full-time engagement (1099 or W2) with options to start at 15 or 25 hours per week and scale from there. Benefits vary by role and hours.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license required (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Master's or doctoral degree in SW, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Licensed in Maine.
• Telehealth platform experience preferred.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
