Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists for fully remote positions serving older adults across all 50 states. You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth, build personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Roles are available part-time (1099) and full-time (W2) on a fee-for-service basis with flexible schedules seven days a week. You’ll receive administrative support and access to ongoing geriatric-focused training.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Licensed in Florida.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using an EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
