Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy to older adults. Work from home with a flexible, fee-for-service structure across 7 days a week; 1099 or W2 options; start at 15 or 25 hours weekly and build from there.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated clinical lead, admin support, and a team, with no marketing and schedule matching. Comprehensive benefits for W2 clinicians and opportunities for CEUs and clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in SC.
• Licensed in South Carolina.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Familiar with telehealth platforms and EMR systems.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
