Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice focused on transforming mental healthcare for older adults. The role is fully remote with a flexible schedule, offering part-time or full-time opportunities as independent contractors (1099) or W-2 with benefits for higher hours.

Clinicians receive support, scheduling, and AI-assisted documentation to focus on patient care. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate

Formación

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in New Mexico.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
