Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth. You will design personalized treatment plans, work autonomously within a collaborative care team, and manage documentation with our EMR and AI tools.

We offer flexible, remote scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities (1099 or W2), competitive per-session pay, and a supportive clinical leadership structure. Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in Arizona.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
