Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. You’ll work from home with a flexible schedule, choosing part-time or full-time on a fee-for-service basis (1099) or as a W2 after 25 hours/week, with scheduling handled for you.

We provide a dedicated clinical lead, real-time admin support, and a supportive team to help you build a steady caseload while you focus on patients and evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Hawaii (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Hawaii license required.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults / geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
