Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with independent license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC).
• Experience with older adults or geriatric population is preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.
• Independent contractor status (1099) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Utilize AI documentation assistant to reduce administrative tasks.
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing education.
