Job summary

Sailor Health, a nationwide virtual practice focused on aging populations, seeks licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) for flexible teletherapy roles. You'll deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults from home, with admin support, care navigation, and a dedicated clinical lead, all on a fee-for-service basis.

Both part-time and full-time options are available. Work-life balance is strong: no evenings, competitive per-session rates, and modern telehealth tools

Qualifications

• LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
