Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide telehealth practice seeking licensed therapists to provide psychotherapy to older adults from home. You’ll have administrative support and a clinical lead to help you thrive in a supportive, medicare-focused care model.

We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent). No evenings required and a dedicated admin team backs you up.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or LPC license and be independently licensed.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with telehealth and geriatric populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Supportive, flexible work arrangement with a focus on patient outcomes.
