Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice delivering psychotherapy to older adults. Therapists work from home, with a dedicated clinical lead and real-time admin support. We handle administrative tasks and patient scheduling to let you focus on clinical care.

We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service roles for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent). No evenings required, telehealth tools in use, and Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent)
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in virtual setting.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Maintain clinical focus while using telehealth tools and AI documentation.
