Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle administrative work, and surround you with a clinical community you need to thrive — all from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license required.
• Licensed to practice in Nebraska or eligible to license in Nebraska.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.

Connaissances

Active clinical license

Formation

Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
