Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to join a nationwide remote practice serving older adults. We handle scheduling and administrative tasks, plus provide clinical support so you can focus on delivering evidence‑based psychotherapy from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent, with a flexible, fee-for-service model. Set your own schedule with 7 days a week coverage; Medicare billing is handled by the team.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required.
• Licensed in Montana.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
