Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists for fully remote work, offering flexible part-time or full-time arrangements with per-session compensation on a 1099 or W2 basis.

You will join a nationwide telehealth model that removes administrative work and provides ongoing clinical support and care navigation. Clinicians enjoy a built-in caseload, real-time admin help, and a focus on geriatric mental health.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Missouri or eligible to practice remotely in MO.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Familiar with Medicare billing and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Able to work independently within a supportive care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
