Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice offering part-time and full-time, fee-for-service therapy roles for independently licensed clinicians. Work from home with flexible, self-set schedules seven days a week.

We handle caseloads and administrative tasks so you can focus on providing high-quality psychotherapy to older adults. Clinicians operate on a 1099 or W2 basis, with generous scheduling options including 15–25 hours per week to start.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC)
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Licensed in Washington D.C. is required or eligible for licensure in DC

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Education

Active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC)

Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

Licensed in Washington D.C.
