Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed therapists to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults from home. We provide a full caseload, admin support, and a strong clinical team, enabling you to focus on patient care.

Therapists can set flexible schedules with options for part-time or full-time, 1099 or W2 arrangements, and a supportive telehealth environment. We offer growth through geriatric-focused training, free CEUs, and a collaborative leadership team.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent)
• Licensed in New York or eligible for licensure
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Familiar with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Work independently within a collaborative care team
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools
• Participate in paid case consultations
