Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice hiring licensed therapists to provide geriatric psychotherapy from home. We handle caseloads, admin, and support so you can focus on clinical care.

Opportunities are available as part-time (15 hrs/week) or full-time (25 hrs/week) on a fee-for-service basis; 1099 or W2 with benefits for eligible clinicians. Fully remote with flexible scheduling and team clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in relevant field.
• Licensed in North Carolina.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
