Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice seeking licensed therapists to provide evidence-based psychotherapy for older adults from a home setting. You will be matched with patients, have administrative support, and work within a collaborative clinical community.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Rhode Island or eligible for licensure in RI.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Experience with geriatric populations and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team and participating in paid case consultations.
