Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual mental health practice focused on older adults. Clinicians work from home, with caseloads handled by the support team and admin duties minimized to maximize clinical time.

We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service roles with options for 1099 or W2 (25+ hrs/week) and provide dedicated provider support, ongoing supervision, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven community.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Maintain efficient documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
