Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice offering therapy for older adults. Therapists work from home, with caseloads managed by the team and supported by clinical leadership.

We provide part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) on a fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and a workload flexible to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Rhode Island
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus - we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
