Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice offering part-time and full-time therapy positions for independently licensed clinicians. You will work from home with a flexible, fee-for-service model, starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2).

We provide schedule matching, dedicated clinical leadership, admin support, and ongoing clinical supervision to support your growth. As a licensed therapist, you’ll deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors, design tailored

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Alabama
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
